I studied speech therapy, counselling & psychotherapy and systemic organisational development. Lived and worked in the Netherlands untill 2003, first leading a centre for Stuttering Therapy and teaching internationally about stuttering, later on as a systemic psychotherapist, counsellor and systemdynamic consultant for organizations (KLM, ING, EPO, Siemens Austria, Telekom Austria, Government) . 

I initiated the Dutch Institute for Systemconstellations in 2000, moved to Austria in 2003, where I found the institute for Systemdynamics & Dialogue. In 2017 this institute was transformed into the Dialogue Academy Vienna. The Dialogue Academy provides dialogical learning spaces for Dialogue Process Work and dialogue facilitation, for systemic dialogic constellationwork and counseling.

We initiate and contribute to dialogueprojects in different contexts; in organizations, in schools, in society, between cultures and in conflict-fields. We offer trainingprogramms and seminars for systemic- dialogic constellations and dialogue - process facilitation in organisations, schools and family's. In the Netherlands I facilitate a learning space for systemic-dialogic process work, together with and organized by Brenda Zwinkels, Davotes (www.davotes.nl)
