The Learning Path Of This Summit

Each day we will go through these 6 steps, deepening our learning with every circle.

6 Step Circles Of Learning:

EXPLORE - LISTEN - LEARN - TRAIN - CONNECT - ACT

In This Summit We Will

go through these six steps every day, deepening our experience day by day in circles of learning.

1

EXPLORE the field of Dialogue

Dialogue has a long history of development. There are examples of classical dialogues,
circle traditions, or newly developed group dialogues forms ranging from working
with small groups up to settings with several hundreds of participants.
We will explore this field here.
2

LISTEN to inspiring stories

We will listen to hearth-touching stories, hear about up and downs, emerging aha-moments,

road blocks and ways around them from some true pioneers in the field.

3

LEARN about innovative methods

Presented here are many decades of practical experience in working with Dialogue, be it in  political, public or entrepreneurial settings and in all kinds of change processes. In those years new methods and further developments of dialogue have been invented and tested.

4

TRAIN Dialogical Skills

What are the most important skills to be trained and how to do that.

These will be presented and tried during several live sessions during the summit.

5

CONNECT with fellow Change Facilitators

Using some newly developed technologies there will be possibility to meet and connect with fellow change makers in small groups.

Thus allowing for exchange and networking also after the summit.

6

ACT and Support Projects

All learning only makes sense when it is also put into action.

Shared information and mutual support can help us get starting and keep going.

This is created as a gift-economy event, where you are warmly invited to participate in all sessions.

You may consider to give back with a donation or other creative option before, during or after the event.

“In dialogue, a person may prefer a certain position, but he or she is ready to listen to others with sufficient sympathy and interest to understand the meaning of others position properly, and is also ready to change his or her point of view if there is a good reason to do so.”

- Leroy Little Bear -
